Sous Chef Michael McWilliams
Mike is an industry educated chef. He started his culinary career at Chez Renee’, then moved on to The Carriage House, which eventually became Lucca’s. From there he got hired on at The Mediterranean Grill where he quickly moved up the line and got promoted to Executive Chef, where he retained the position for ten years. A long-time friend and colleague of Micah’s, one of them is always present in the club kitchen making sure things run smoothly.
Mediocre at darts, great at cooking.
Maître d’hôtel Jessica Andersen-Eller
Jessica, a fine dining veteran with extensive beer, wine and cocktail background, brings with her years of exceptional fine dining skills. Spending five years at Lucca’s as Lead Server and most recently Bar Manager at Aster, her vast knowledge in her field allows her the capacity to manage the front of house as well as the bar.
Terra Mrock – Office Manager
One of the most consistent faces you’ll see at the club, Terra started in The Montana Club office five years ago as an assistant. She worked her way up to Office Manager and is here for all of your accounts receivable and accounts payable needs and a valuable resource in keeping the office orchestration running smoothly.
